Child Safety Standards
Effective October 5, 2026 · Ludo Zap (com.ludozap.game)
Ludo Zap has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion and any sexualization of minors. These standards apply to player names, chat messages and every other part of the service.
Our standards
- Ludo Zap is for players aged 13 and over. Accounts we find belong to children under 13 are deleted.
- Chat is limited to short messages inside a match, and player names and messages pass through an automatic filter.
- Players can't send images, files, links that open in the app, or private messages outside a match.
- Content or behavior that sexualizes or endangers minors is removed, and the accounts involved are deleted.
Reporting in the app
Tap any player in a match, then 🚩 Report player. The report includes that player's recent messages from the match so our team can act quickly. You can also 🔇 Mute them straight away.
How we respond
We review reports promptly and prioritize anything involving a minor. When we find apparent CSAM or CSAE we remove it, delete the accounts involved, preserve what the law requires, and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to the relevant law enforcement and regional authorities.
