Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use the Ludo Zap app or ludo-zap.tanvirmahin.com. By playing, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Who can play

You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian should review these terms with you.

2. Your account

Ludo Zap creates a guest account on your phone when you pick a name. Keep your phone secure: anyone using the app on your device can play as you. If you uninstall the app or clear its data and no device backup exists, the account can't be recovered. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

3. Community guidelines

Ludo Zap has chat, reactions and player names that other people see. Keep it fun. You must not:

• Harass, bully, threaten or impersonate anyone.
• Post hate speech, sexual content, or content involving the exploitation of minors.
• Share personal information about yourself or others (phone numbers, addresses, social handles).
• Spam, advertise, or ask other players for money or gifts.
• Use a name that is offensive or misleading.
• Cheat, exploit bugs, use bots or modified apps, or attack or overload our servers.

Players can mute you and report you from any match. We review reports and may remove names, delete messages, or suspend or delete accounts that break these rules, without notice. Serious cases, including any child exploitation, are reported to the authorities. See our Child Safety Standards.

4. The game and purchases

Ludo Zap is free to play. Power-ups are earned on the board and can't be bought. Bots may fill empty seats in matches and are always labeled. We may change, pause or end features or the service at any time.

You can buy optional cosmetic items (dice and pin skins, avatar and chat packs) through Google Play. They are one-time purchases that give you a personal, non-transferable license to use the item in the game; they have no cash value and don't affect gameplay or odds. Purchases are tied to your Google account and restore automatically when you play again. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy and applicable law.

5. Our content

The app, its design, artwork and code belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for fun, for as long as you follow these terms.

6. Disclaimers

The game is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise it will always be online, error-free, or that your stats will never be lost. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of Ludo Zap. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

7. Ending

You can stop playing and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or to protect other players.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above, and for significant changes we'll tell you in the app. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.
