Delete your Ludo Zap account

For the Ludo Zap app on Google Play (com.ludozap.game), developed by Ludo Zap.

Delete it in the app (instant)

1. Open Ludo Zap.
2. Tap the ⚙️ Settings button at the top of the home screen.
3. Tap Delete account, then confirm with Delete.

Your account is erased right away and the app returns to the welcome screen.

Can't open the app?

Email tanvirmahin24@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Ludo Zap account". Include your player name and, if you have it, your Player ID (shown in Settings). We'll confirm and delete the account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your player name, Player ID and sign-in token
• Your stats, achievements and leaderboard entry
• Your equipped skins and the record of your purchases on this account (purchases stay on your Google account and can be restored on a new account)
• Your friends, friend requests and recent-player history
• Reports other players filed about you

What we keep

• Reports you filed about other players stay, with your identity removed, for up to 12 months so we can finish reviewing them.
• Short-lived server and backup copies are overwritten within 30 days.

Chat messages are never stored in our database, so there are none to delete. If you're in a match when you delete your account, a bot finishes it for you.
