LUDO ZAP
Privacy Policy
Effective October 5, 2026 · Applies to the Ludo Zap app for Android (com.ludozap.game) and ludo-zap.tanvirmahin.com
Ludo Zap ("we", "us") is a free online Ludo game. We collect as little as we can to run multiplayer games. We don't show ads, we don't sell data and we don't use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.
What we collect

Your device connects to our server over an encrypted connection, so our server sees your IP address while you're connected. We don't store IP addresses in our database. Our hosting provider may keep short-lived technical logs to protect the service.
We do not collect your email, phone number, contacts, location, photos, advertising ID or payment details.
What other players see
Players in your match see your player name, avatar, skins, moves, power-ups and the messages and reactions you send. Your friends see when you are online. If you win matches, your name, avatar and win count can appear on the public leaderboard. Any player can mute your messages or report you.
Google Play services
Purchases go through Google Play Billing under Google's Privacy Policy. If you're signed in to Google Play Games, achievements you unlock are also recorded in your Play Games profile by Google.
Sharing
We don't sell or share your data with third parties for advertising. Data is processed by our hosting provider only to run the service, or disclosed if the law requires it.
Security
All traffic between the app and our server is encrypted (HTTPS/WSS). Sign-in tokens are stored as one-way hashes. The token on your phone lives in the app's private storage and may be included in your device's Google backup so you can keep your account on a new phone.
Your choices and rights
- Mute any player's chat and reactions during a match.
- Remove friends or decline requests at any time.
- Delete your account in the app: Settings → Delete account. This instantly erases your profile, stats, friends and match history. See Delete your account.
- Ask us for a copy of your data, or to correct or delete it, by emailing us with your Player ID (shown in Settings). Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California) you may have further rights, including complaining to your data protection authority.
Children
Ludo Zap is not directed at children under 13, and you must be 13 or older to play. If we learn that a child under 13 has created an account, we delete it. Parents can contact us to request deletion.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app.
